AI-native + 手做

AI-native:vision 看你的物品、gen-image 出关于你的画面、LLM 写关于你的台词。

手做:每个游戏有作者声音。不是 procedural slop。混合 register:After Dark 黑色 FMV、sensory toys、action、daily collectibles 都能并存。

Feed-as-verb

浏览 ≠ 点赞。动别人内容 → 推作者

已成型 pattern:
· score_beat: "你被 @xxx 超了"
· kept your stone (Pebble Pocket)
· kissed your portrait (Kiss Wall)
· marked your card (Daily Arcana)
· cross-game notify chain

👉 关键判断题:当你给 AlterU 设计一个新游戏的时候,问自己—— "这个游戏的身份层在哪里、内容层是 AI 写的还是手做的、社交动词是什么?" 答不出来 → 它就是个普通 mini-game,不是 AlterU 游戏。

AI-native + hand-made

AI-native: vision sees your stuff, gen-image renders pictures of you, LLM writes lines about you.

Hand-made: every game has an author voice. Never procedural slop. Mixed register: After Dark noir FMV, sensory toys, action, daily collectibles — all sit side by side in the feed.

Browsing ≠ tapping ♥. Touch someone's content → notify them.

Shipped patterns:

👉 The litmus test: when you pitch a new AlterU game, you should be able to answer — "Where's the identity hook? Is the content AI-written or hand-crafted? What's the social verb?" If you can't, it's just a mini-game, not an AlterU game.

第 3、4 层不像第 2 层那么独有,但它们是让第 2 层真的活起来的机制——没有 AI-native,你的身份进游戏只能靠 sticker face;没有 social verb,玩家不会知道"自己出现在别人游戏里"。

底部那条问句是工作模板。每次接到新游戏想法时直接问这 3 件事。

Layers 3 and 4 aren't unique to AlterU on their own — what they do is let layer 2 actually live. Without AI-native content, identity collapses into a sticker-face hack. Without a social verb, players never realize they're inside someone else's game.
