1体感层

形式 · Form

TikTok 式全屏竖向 scroll feed。用户感觉到就够了,不要写进 hero 文案——任何 mini-game 集合都能宣称这个。

2🔑 差异化

身份 · Identity

你的 AI 自我走进别人的游戏:bartender / locksmith / boss / neighbour。Cross-user identity 是 AlterU 和"通用 mini-game 集合"的唯一真正差别。

3作品层

内容 · Content

AI-native(vision / gen-image / LLM)+ 手做。每个游戏有作者声音,不是 procedural slop。混合 register:After Dark FMV → sensory toys → action。

4机制层

社交 · Social

Feed-as-verb:动别人内容 → 推作者。score_beat、"kept your stone"、cross-game notify。用户钦定的主攻方向,但不放 landing。

所有 AlterU 的产品决策、玩法选型、视觉规范,都从"这游戏的 identity 层在哪里"反推。后面 Part 2 会把这条规则拆开。

Nail this immediately: the Form layer is felt, not claimed. Saying "we are a TikTok-style game feed" is as empty as saying "we are an app with a news feed."
